    when you are in 536r2 u dont have access to disk unfail command,
    use rather this :

    filer> rc_toggle_basic
    filer*> disk_erase_label 8b.3
    really ??? yes

    then , remember that you might have to reboot the filer in order to be
    able to see the disk back as spare as you type sysconfig -r
    also , i would advise you to cycle power off-on disks shelf too when you
    reboot the filer (due to the old ontapp version :o)
